Cthulhu was created by the author H.P. Lovecraft, and is brought up in many of his books. He is the main antagonist in the story "The Call of Cthulhu."

Cthulhu lies sealed away in R'lyeh, so knowledge on him is limited. However, he is supposedly a master of psychic abilities and an extremely overpowered Elderitch being. He can supposedly drive people insane and kill without touching. He also has a large amount of human and non-human followers. Although asleep, he can still communicate with his followers via telepathy.
